You need less than you think. Every house keeps beach towels, robes, coolers, chairs and umbrellas, plus a washer and dryer — pack for four days even if you stay for ten.
Bring soft-soled shoes for the dock, one warm layer for boat evenings, and reef-safe sunscreen (we stock it too, but yours may suit you better). Leave the hair dryer: there is one in every bathroom, along with shampoo, conditioner and soap from a local maker.
Traveling with kids? Tell us ages ahead of time and we will set out high chairs, pack-and-plays and sand toys before you arrive.
